These terms cover the Cross Creek Community Church Texts text message program run by Cross Creek Community Church, 4825 US Hwy 278 E, Hokes Bluff, AL 35903. Texts come from the church number (256) 646-3805. Your consent is to Cross Creek Community Church only, not to any other company or organization.

What texts we send

Visitor welcome and follow-up: a welcome message after you visit, and occasional follow-up such as service times, an invitation to come back, and how to reach the church office.
Deacon schedule reminders: reminders to deacons of their assigned building lockup week and to reach out to new visitors.

These are church notices. They are not advertising, and we do not send texts for any other business.

How you sign up

There are two ways to sign up. Either way, consent is not a condition of attending, joining, or taking part in anything at Cross Creek.

Paper card: fill out our Connect Card & Text Sign-Up card at church, check the text consent box (it is printed unchecked), sign, and date it. We only text people whose box is checked. Signed cards are kept on file at the church for at least 4 years.
Text JOIN: text JOIN to (256) 646-3805. This is advertised on the card, in the church bulletin, and on a sign in the lobby, each with these terms. You will get one reply confirming you are signed up.

How often

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help

To stop texts, reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts. To start again, reply START. For help, reply HELP, call 256-492-6900, or email info@crosscreekcc.net.

Other terms

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let the church office know.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
